We offer a full refund for headpieces returned within 14 days of receiving the goods, excluding delivery and return costs. The headpiece must be returned in the original hat box undamaged and unused. Unfortunately, for goods that have been used or worn, and for bespoke items, we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
